Stiletto-ing behind – giving women a heel up into senior management

In a recent survey conducted by Hays, we found that two thirds of Hong Kong employees believe organisations do not do enough to help women into senior management. Of the 324 people surveyed, 65 percent say organisations do not do enough to help women reach the top or that more could be done. The remaining 35 percent said organisations already do enough to help women into senior management.
